DISCREET PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
Here at Supreme, we understand how important it is to our customers that we ship your purchases discreetly. We ship all orders in plain cardboard boxes, nothing to mark cannabis or things of that nature. Our shipping labels do not say Supreme, and we do everything we can to ensure our packages are discrete.
Our packages are shipped to you in a plain white box, wrapped in a generic mailing bag. Nowhere on the outside of your package will you see the words “Supreme.”
We do not ship to anyone under the age of 19 years old.
Supreme reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. This is to prevent fraud and underage orders. We are very serious about preventing illicit orders.
We can not guarantee arrival dates or times. While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances.
We ship all products from British Columbia to anywhere in Canada. Shipping costs vary depending on times and shipping destination. Free shipping is offered on orders over $150.
Please note that the shipping time does not include the processing time for packaging up and creating orders. Once your order is placed, our shipping team works hard to get that order packaged and sent to you. Orders are generally shipped out within 12-48 hours of being placed. In rare cases of holidays or special sales, processing times can be between 3-5 days. Orders are not shipped on weekends and are not packaged on Canadian holidays and other instances in which the postal services are closed. Shipping times do not guarantee package arrival date.
All of our packages are shipped out via The National Postal System in Canada. Tracking labels are sent out via email once the package is picked up by the post office. You will not receive a tracking number email until your package has been processed, packaged, and labeled for pick up by the postal service.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Supreme Cannabis our top priorities are customer safety and satisfaction. We take customer comments and complaints extremely seriously and will always do everything in our power to make any negative experience right.
It should be noted that Supreme Cannabis does not offer refunds. Due to the nature of our industry and payment systems, we are unable to offer the return of any funds once they have been accepted by Supreme Cannabis. If we determine that we made a mistake or the product we sent you is defective, we will be happy to offer you a store credit or replacement product.
In order to obtain support for defective products, please contact our customer service team within seven(7) days of receiving your package. We are unable to offer any credit for complaints after seven(7) days.
At Supreme, we stand behind the quality of our products and will never ship a product we believe to be inferior. If you for some reason receive a product that is defective, please let us know within 7 days, so we can investigate right away. Each complaint will be reviewed by our management team and a credit or replacement product will be given when appropriate. Replacement products will only be sent in the case of defective items. Supreme Cannabis reserves the right to determine the appropriate compensation (credit or replacement) on a case by case basis.
Credits that are given will expire after ninety(90) days. Credits will be given in the form of a coupon code. Each coupon code can only be used one(1) time, if the credit is not used in full, the remaining credit becomes void and Supreme we will be unable to reissue a new coupon code for the remaining balance.
All of our packages are shipped through Canada’s National Postal system. In the event that a package goes missing, we will do our best to rectify the situation with them, and we will launch an investigation. Any Credits for lost or missing packages will be managed on a case by case basis and Supreme Cannabis Reserves the right to refuse to provide a credit in the case that a package is lost or stolen.
